Job Description
Tasks
To plan all Engine Tests to meet the VA4.4.5 and provided detailed associated reports.
Plan hot tests and audits including durability tests to meet requirements from variaous resources.
To manage the launch and change information , budget, overall purchasing contract and stock level within the department. To manage the QZS transfer plan as well as the different part comparison and to support the physical scrap process.
Key Responsibilities
To plan Dynamic Audit: to test 0.3% of production volumes via a standard 4 hour test sequence, ensuring that an adequate derivative mix is maintained, and engines are planned from all assembly lines in a timely fashion. To plan static audit test to meet VA requirements
Plan the testing of Prototype engines to customer requirements. Provide interface to other departments regarding test services
To plan special test engine requirements from other BBT-A-x departments, QMT, and Engineering. Plan spare part requirements of Test & Audit engines, and coordinate the stock of such parts along with the Test Facility spares
To provide reports on engine test ratios, Test Facility usage, and budgetary information.To make departmental budget as per requirement
To manage the budget, purchasing orders and stock level within the department.
To manage the QZS transfer plan as well as the different part comparison and to support the physical scrap process.
Qualifications
University major in Business Adminstration. Bachelor degree or relevant practical experience
Knowledge of engine components and test equipment
Experience of organising people and materials
Quality & Project Management skills
Awareness of health, safety and environmental issues relevant to the area of responsibility
English language skills
English language in a business environment 4-6 Years
Planning and scheduling of procedures or activities 4-6 Years
Managing and understanding complex processes 4-6 Years
Automotive industry working experience is necessary
