Tasks

To train and coach agile teams and product owners.

To train and develop the internal agile coaches in IT department.

To continuously enhance the BBA Agile Working Model based on practical experience.

To drive and enable the Digital Transformation in IT department.

To identify the impediments for the Digital Transformation and make according improvements.

Key Responsibilities

Train and coach agile teams and product owners in agile values, principles, practices at different levels of agile maturity

Partner with other agile coaches and scrum masters across the enterprise to lead continuous improvement opportunities with agile adoption and drive agile transformation

Facilitate team process by developing and continuously improving /optimizing the BBA Agile Working Model. Provide the corresponding training / coaching

Develop and mentor the internal Agile Coaching team

Help to identify (organizational) impediments to drive the Digital Transformation. Work with the management team to create effective strategies to overcome impediments

Qualifications

University degree in computer science, engineering or economic science

Strong knowledge of agile methodologies (SRUM/Lean/Kanban/SAFe/LeSS/DevOps) and software development process

Practical experience executing agile projects in any role (Developer, Scrum Master, Product Owner) and across multiple agile methodologies (not just theoretical but with practical experiences)

Ability to lead, train, coach and provide feedback to associates and managers

Experience in driving a digital transformation from design to implementation

Familiarity and/or experience with agile engineering practices like Test Automation, Test-Driven Development (TDD), Continuous Integration (CI), Continuous Delivery (CD), DevOps, etc

Familiar with the Product Development Lifecycle

Strong consulting skills and ability to present to an audience, also on higher management level

Ability to learn new things and improve existing structures

Excellent communication skills in English, written and spoken

Experience in enterprise software development 7-10 Years

Experience in agile software development 4-6 Years

Experience as an Agile Coach 1-3 Years
