The Siemens Healthineers Education and Workforce Solutions organization has overall responsibility for providing technical training for Siemens Interventional Imaging platform at our customer's medical facilities. In this role you will ensure that post training support on Siemens Imaging systems and components is facilitated to provide expert technical support, deliver customer excellence, and represent Siemens Healthineers and Clinical Education with professionalism and a focus on delivering a positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities Supports customers by delivering system applications and solutions to the optimum extent Provides comprehensive training for using applications and solution focused on specific customer demand Configures system functionality to meet customer needs Acts as an interface between customer and provider of application to solve customer problems and enhance the application with new features Submit and follow up on PPI and or PSI incidents Must be flexible to cover the standard shift 8:00am – 8:00pm EST and willing to adjust work shift as needed Comply with all processes required for documentation of all interactions with customers utilizing SAP for 1st level support and GSMS for escalations to HSC team Work closely with HSC team to resolve escalated issues and provide feedback and updates to customers Work closely with local and regional service team providing applications support during service visits, remote assistance or system maintenance and upgrades Able to support VILT topics/events In time response to all customer issues providing positive impact on operational metrics such as the Live Answer Rate and Remote Resolution Time Flexible to support Field Application and the Field Service team to assist in hosting onsite applications training or system configuration as needed Complete all online E-Learning courses on time Document new procedures and known problem fixes in Service Knowledge Base/SKB Success Measurements Demonstrates extensive knowledge in field of specialization or multiple disciplines to the successful completion of complex assignments. Successfully serves as point of authority and/or source of technical/scientific knowledge for area of expertise. Demonstrates comprehensive knowledge of organization's business practices and issues faced and contributes to problem resolution of those issues. Education / Knowledge / Experience BS/BA in related discipline, or advanced degree, where required, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Certification may be required in some areas • Well-rounded knowledge of multiple systems and types of exams for their modality (must be able to support at least 70% of current product line and use as defined on the Clinical Education Specialist Skills Matrix). No major product training gaps Must be a minimum of a Senior or Advanced CES Level.
