Job Description
This role covers a maternity leave and can be exercised remotely. As the team will be growing, the role could possibly be extended to permanent employment at the end of the term. It is an excellent opportunity for a marketer with strong project management, content development and creative skills, who has signficiant experience working with publisher deals for display, video and email advertising. A general understanding of the advertising landscape and the difference of display/video advertising via direct deals, Google Ads or programmatically is required. The Advertising Campaign Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating our publisher agreements in EMEA with the objective to generate leads. He/she will need to ensure the correct advertising content and creative execution according to our processes. The Advertising Campaign Coordinator will be closely collaborating with our in-country teams across EMEA to help them with the execution of their advertising campaigns and with cross-functional teams in order to ensure alignement of content, landing pages, tracking, etc. and timely payment of partners. The candiate should have experience in the operational management of publisher deals, a strong knowledge of advertising and excellent project management skills, as well as an affinity for creatives and content creation in advertising. He/she will also be responsible for the creation and coordination of internal content related to advertising, such as internal training materials, process documentation, etc., which will require excellent writing skills. The Advertising Campaign Coordinator will be mainly responsible for the project management and alignment of advertising deals with publishers and internal teams. He/she will also be responsible for the creation of process documentation and training materials within the advertising team and will need to monitor the correct execution of the advertising creative development according to our processes. The core of this role will be the management of publisher relationships, as well as the coordination with internal and external teams within the countries and centrally, as well as external agencies for payment management. Consulting: Advice EMEA's country representatives about how to set up successful publisher deals. Management: Coordinate the creation of bespoke emails, email ads and display banners on publisher websites and newsletters. Analysis: Create performance reports based on the analysis of results vs. marketing objectives. Monitoring: Ensure the correct execution of content and creatives for advertising according to our processes. The candidate will have to work closely with the respective internal teams in order to execute against deliverables connected to online advertising campaigns and make sure that the campaigns achieve the best possible results. This is an excellent opportunity for a digital marketing professional with an internationally large scope across EMEA, which is perfectly suited for a multilingual individual with excellent project management and content creation skills, attention to detail, as well as analytical and creative capacities. Qualifications Required: Education in a digital marketing related field 3-5 years managing advertising campaigns and experience in project management Experience managing publisher deals and agreements directly or via programmatic platforms, such as DV360 Extensive knowledge of the media buying landscape for display, video and email advertising Desirable: Bachelor/Master level degree in a related field such as marketing or IT with a specialization in digital marketing Excel, Google Analytics, Google Ads Additional assets: Creative or IT background The candidate should have extensive knowledge of the advertising landscape, publisher deals and programmatic advertising.
