Job Description
On behalf of our client, a multinational enterprise developing strategic interests across low-altitude airspace and space systems, we are seeking a senior advisor to provide expert guidance on this converging frontier. This part-time consulting role offers remote flexibility and direct input into strategic planning and market development.
The Role
We require an authoritative expert on the low-altitude economy (urban air mobility, advanced air mobility, unmanned systems) and/or space domain (satellite infrastructure, launch services, space resources, orbital operations). As a remote consultant, you will deliver intelligence on regulatory frameworks, technological convergence, geopolitical positioning, and market access strategies. Your counsel will directly inform the client's investment decisions, partnership negotiations, and stakeholder engagement in these dynamic, highly regulated environments.
Key Responsibilities

Advise executive leadership on airspace integration policies, certification pathways, and market evolution for low-altitude operations
Assess geopolitical and regulatory risk across key space-faring and aviation jurisdictions
Provide confidential briefings on ITU spectrum allocation, ICAO frameworks, export controls, and dual-use technology governance
Support strategic dialogue with civil aviation authorities, space agencies, defense ministries, and international standard-setting bodies
Monitor convergence of low-altitude and space technologies, including stratospheric platforms and satellite-enabled UAM ecosystems
Candidate Background
You are an acknowledged authority in low-altitude or space domains through one of the following:
Senior leadership in satellite operations, launch services, or advanced air mobility with proven policy engagement experience
Former senior official from a national space agency, civil aviation authority, or defense/space ministry
Principal analyst or program lead at a reputable aerospace, space policy, or strategic technology institute
International experience with ICAO, ITU, UNOOSA, or allied multilateral space/aviation forums
You possess deep sectoral expertise, a trusted international network, and the ability to navigate complex civil-military and international governance structures.
