Masters degree or above in electronic engineering, communication, microwave, etc. 2\. >5 years experience of mobile phone RF development; 3.Good skill at Cadence HDL/Allegro PCB/ADS 4\. Be familiar with RF system and RF circuit design and debugging methods, and have an in-depth understanding of radio frequency module and digital communication; Basic knowledge of antenna and electromagnetic compatibility; Can quickly judge, analyze and solve most of the RF problems; 5\. Good English communication skills, cet-4 and above, with strong initiative, good learning ability and innovative ability; 6\. Good teamwork spirit, good at communicating with others and able to work under pressure.
