About Role:
Lenovo is looking for a BMC Engineer to join our General Purpose Server Team.
The ideal candidate for this role will have deep knowledge in the BMC firmware
and analyze it with comprehensive knowledge of system design to find the best
solutions.
1\. Design, develop, and debug BMC firmware for General Purpose Server
systems.

2\. Be responsible for day-to-day BMC firmware development work including BMC
chip bring up, BMC functions development and validation.

3.Participate in new platforms power-on and provide post power-on support.

4\. Review and provide feedback on firmware and software architecture
specifications and design specifications.

5\. Layout and establish design documents including BMC specifications.

6\. Work closely with the HW design teams and be responsible for all software
and BMC related issues during the planning, development, and validation stages
of the product.

7\. Communicate and work with cross-functional teams and vendors.

Position Requirements:
Need to have expertise on IPMI. BMC architecture knowledge.
