To help enforce our core values of integrity and trust, Lenovo is seeking a dynamic Advisory Program Manager, Ethics and Compliance, to play a key role in Lenovo's global ethics and compliance program. The position will report to the Sr. Counsel, Ethics & Compliance. This role will support the success of the global ethics and compliance program and have responsibility for the following actions: • Acts as a subject matter expert on the company’s Code of Conduct and related policies, including the Anti-Bribery/Anti-Corruption, Conflicts of Interest, and Gift Policies. Provides prompt and sound guidance to global employees and business leaders • Supports enhancement of the Third-Party Due Diligence program, including review of initial screening results and ongoing monitoring of third parties • Coordinates assessment of risk and performs analysis, monitoring and reporting on key program metrics and compliance risks • Supports development, training and communication of program policies, processes, and controls • Creates and effectively delivers engaging compliance training, presentations, and communications on a global basis • Establishes and maintains excellent cross-functional relationships with internal business stakeholders • Evaluates program components, recognizes and contributes to continuous improvement opportunities • Supports internal Ethics and Compliance investigations • Carries out additional projects as assigned to support Lenovo’s Global Ethics and Compliance Program #### Position Requirements: • Experience in legal and audit • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university • Project management experience, including the ability to manage a number and variety of mission-critical projects • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple matters simultaneously with attention to detail • Demonstrates a strong commitment to integrity and alignment with Lenovo’s company values and Code of Conduct • Global experience working with multi-national companies • Ability and willingness to travel and work extended hours to communicate with global teams • Team player and consensus builder who can effectively and efficiently collaborate and build relationships with employees and business colleagues across the organization • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Proven ability to achieve objectives within a complicated and matrixed organization • Strong software skills (Microsoft Office suite, databases, etc.) We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, sex, age, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, status as a veteran, and basis of disability or any federal, state, or local protected class.
