Position Description: 1.Lead an overall consumer NB project team and own the E2E product design form new feature incubation, concept design, development, qualification and life cycle management. 2.Lead core design team, cross-functional team and suppliers to ensure the design solution meets the requirements for user experience, feature set, functionality, cost and quality 3.Lead team to deliver the product offering and meet the business goals for schedule, budget and volume and quality. 4.Effective management and development of team members with good communication mechanism improvement. #### Position Requirements: 1\. 5 year plus consumer electronics product development experience, PC and mobile phone industry experience is more preferred 2\. Ability to manage multiple programs and/or areas simultaneously, excellent problem solving and analysis skills, understanding of appropriate technologies, vendor products, and competitor's offerings, ability to analyze options for critical design elements and features and determines optimum selection, Insight and skill to effectively manage cultural differences 3\. Ability to drive cross-functional development efforts through conception, planning, implementation, and sustaining 4\. Ability to write and analyze requirements, functional specifications, design specifications, tech plans, and documentation. 5\. Excellent verbal and written English communication, strong presentation skills, good team leadership skills and tactical execution skills.
