Responsibilities:
Your key responsibilities
- Assist and drive technical services of RPA engagements
- Conduct workshops with business for as-is process and design to-be process for bot development
- Ability to translate business requirements to optimum RPA approaches, complying with departmental and product standards
- Designing the technical options of the process to be automated
- Driving the adoption of best practices around coding, design, quality and performance
- Help manage stakeholders on the project provision planning and execution
- Supporting the services and technical teams during development, test and roll out phases
- Analyze business process and identifying automation opportunities and assess automation feasibility
- Continuously discover, evaluate and help implement new and emerging technologies to help maximize product development efficiency
- Providing pre-sales support to the sales team during RFI/RFP and PoC stages, including the drafting of RFI/RFP responses
Requirements:
To qualify for the role you must have
- Hands-on experience on RPA tools (e.g, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, UiPath etc.)
- Minimum 2 years of experience working on RPA projects as technical lead/developer
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to lay audiences
- Proficiency in Cantonese language is a must
- Ability to lead a team of developers and testers and help implement automation solutions independently
- Good understanding of Process Design documents, technical design documents within the automation space
- Experience in building technical bot solutions based on the agreed to-be process
- Experience to lead and mentor a team
Ideally, you’ll also have
- Hands-on development experience in any of the programming languages/platforms (e.g. NET / VB / J2EE) would be of advantage
- Experience on working with web services, database integration with any of the RPA tools
- Experience in implementing automation solutions using OCR and cognitive technologies would be of added advantage
- Cognitive skills: NLP, Python, Chatbots etc. would be of advantage
- Any RPA tool certification
