Responsibilities :

• Assist in mapping out social media strategies for policy advocacy on Facebook page 政策‧正察 https://www.facebook.com/ppi.ourhkfoundation/
• Contribute creative ideas on contents
• Serve as an editor and administrator, overseeing day-to-day social media operations
• Promote content through social advertising, measure and optimize efforts
• Keep a pulse on policy debates and monitor social media trend

Requirements :

• A passionate storyteller, strategic thinker, and skilled communicator
• 5-7 years of experiences in managing social media or journalism
• Deep understanding of current issues and policy debates
• Knowledge of digital marketing is an advantage
• Proven track record of leadership
• A creative and self-motivated person, and a good team player with ability to juggle multiple tasks
