You will be responsible for: Work with other members of the legal department in a collaborative environmental, including HQ; Work based on Siemens Strategic Priorities: (i) Customer impact; (ii) Technology with purspose; (iii) Empowered people and (iv) Growth mindset; Develop, analyze, negotiate and advise on medium and complex commercial agreements with customers, suppliers and partners (during the bid and execution phases); Advise and support business when participating in Public Procurement Bids and during the execution of Public contracts; Advise and support business with all claims; Draft, update and develop smart template contracts to allow for more efficient contracting process; Act as support in providing legal and creative legal advice across the full range of business activities; Provide proactive and solution-oriented legal advice and guidance to multiple stakeholders; Advise on privacy and intellectual property matters; Advise on innovation matters; Ensure negotiations are conducted in line with our internal guidelines, core values and tranparency.
