Job Description
Position Description: This position will be a pivotal part of the e-Commerce sales team responsible for developing and managing partner relationships to achieve defined business objectives. The position will oversee the marketing and sales strategy for the Canada Affiliate program.  This includes end to end management including but not limited to developing incentive programs and commission strategy, performance reporting and analysis, recruiting and prospecting, negotiating marketing agreements, evaluating the program, and making proper decisions to attain sales goals. In addition, this person will be required to manage select US accounts under the direction of the NA Affiliate Manager.  This position requires the ability to manage multiple, detailed tasks with urgency and accuracy. The person should have the ability to prioritize work, adjust to what is important in the moment and work well with cross-functional teams to deliver industry-leading results. Job responsibilities • Work in a fast-paced team environment and meet aggressive targets • Manage affiliates with focus on scaling the program and strategically nurturing high-quality partnerships that align with Lenovo’s customer segments • Develop quarterly programs & media plans with partners • Execute on the quarterly plans while managing expenses to e/r targets • Monitor, evaluate and optimize existing campaigns in real-time and adjust to meet business objectives • Manage reporting, analysis and the presentation of program results • Stay current on evolving affiliate and other interactive marketing tools, trends, tactics and strategies, and educate broader organization on new opportunities. #### Position Requirements: • Technology marketing and sales • Self-Starter, works effectively with minimal direction needed • Experience running affiliate or partner marketing programs • Partner Relationship building • Ability to communicate Lenovo strategy clearly and professionally to partners to support marketing initiatives • Positive attitude and able to work in a collaborative and energetic team environment • Ability to work on several projects simultaneously with demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks independently • Goal tracking and attainment • Project management experience a plus • Strong MS Excel especially working with large data sets and pivot tables • MS PowerPoint and presentation/public speaking skills We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, sex, age, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, status as a veteran, and basis of disability or any federal, state, or local protected class.
