This is a unique and exciting role in the Manufacturing Technology Organization. This role will be focused on driving the organization to deliver financial commitments and land opportunities to maximize gross margin and cash flow. This role will have a high-level of visibility/exposure to Senior Finance/Ops leadership and act as a liaison for all our stakeholder organizations. As part of the MTO Central group, this position has great visibility to Intel product processes, investment required and tradeoffs to optimize results with a high-level of independent operation and self-drive. You will be the central point to lead and coordinate dedicated task forces to meet and beat margin commitments and identify risk/opportunities and ensure alignment with all stakeholder organizations. You will also own execution, in partnership with the Manufacturing & Technology Central Manager, of all free cash flow Close/POR/LRP processes including CFO/GM level report outs. This role will require excellent project management skills and strong written/ verbal communication skills. You will be required to set team priorities, drive results across boundaries, and be extremely flexible with changing expectations/ deliverables.

Qualifications
Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor´s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting or related field with 5+ years of prior Finance experience or MBA w/3+ years of prior Finance experience.
3+ years generating financial reports and presenting to senior management.
B2+ English level.
Must have permanent-unrestricted right to work in Costa Rica.
Preferred Qualifications:
Are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Prior team/project leadership
Previous Technology Manufacturing finance experience
Experience in Free Cash Flow or PnL/Affordability
Experience with presenting to Senior Leadership (Finance and/or Operations)
Previous FP&A experience

Work Model for this Role
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
