- Plans sales volumes and potentials of all customers in the assigned region. 规划责任区域所有客户的现有和潜在业务量。
- Provides information for forecasts and planning. 向公司提供相关信息以便公司作出业务预测和相应计划。
- Conduct customer visits, investigations, market research activities or sales & marketing controlling operations. Timely spots opportunities for product and service portfolio solutions in various sales channels开展客户拜访、市场调查、以及销售和市场监控活动。及时发现不同销售渠道的产品及维修服务潜在机会。
- Analyzes the specific market conditions and builds a sound market related network of stakeholders. 分析特定市场状况,搭建良好市场人际网络。
- Prepares/updates customer contact, builds and maintains a customer focused network.准备/更新客户联系方式,建立和维护良好的客户关系。
- Identifying and analyzing customer needs and discussing technical specifications, in cooperation with personnel responsible or together with technical product manager. Prepares negotiations and contracts. 发现和分析客户需求,参与讨论技术细节,协同相关人员和产品技术经理准备谈判计划和合同。
- Coordinates the realization of assignments, may coordinate and contribute to set up respective product developments, projects or services programs.协调相关人员和环节以完成既定任务,包括产品推广、项目策划和服务方案执行等。
Completes sales and revenue related key reporting. 完成销售业绩相关报告。
- Bachelor degree or above大学本科毕业
- More than 3 years working experience at medical equipment sales functions in multi-national companies.3年以上跨国公司医疗器械销售工作经验
- Good skills of Microsoft Office and computer skills熟练掌握Microsoft office办公软件及其他相关软件
- Good command of English and Chinese writing/speaking 良好的英文/中文说写能力
- Good medical equipment market and product know-how良好医疗器械市场和产品知识
- High sense of responsibility, self-motivated高度责任心及自觉性
- Adaptive to business travel, difference environments, working under pressure.适应出差,复杂环境及抗压能力
- Team player, good communication and coordination skills团队协作,善于沟通协调
