Job Description
Job Summary Acts as a technical expert on Eaton 3ph energy storage products to enable and support smooth operations of Eaton Field Service Engineers and partners across EMEA region. Job Responsibilities Resolve technical product-related issues Provide first class technical support to local and regional field service engineers in their daily activities Manage and lead troubleshooting and take corrective actions in challenging field incidents Report to Quality organization of field findings Act as a trainer to field service engineers Improve the content and quality of service trainings Produce service documentation and field service bulletins Act as an interface between field service and other departments Give service-related input to other stakeholders, for instance Engineering and Sales Support Contribute to the zero-incident culture supporting safety of field engineers through instructions and training. Qualifications Qualifications Education level required: Engineering or technical bachelor degree Years and area of experience required: Proven experience in Electrical and/or Electronic industry. Technical knowledge: Technical knowledge on power electronics and/or three phase electrical systems and solutions. Computer and IT skills. Experience on UPS technologies, lithium batteries and basics in programming is an advantage.
