We are currently recruiting for a full-time teacher to work in our education room during our After-school program. This position is responsible for planning, implementing, directing, and supervising all educational programs and activities for members in accordance with the mission of the Boys & Girls Club and YMCA. Areas of responsibility, which include, but are not limited to, education room, computer lab, and homework help/tutoring. Some Grant management is also required.

Requirements
The successful applicant will have experience working with youth ages 5-12 years old and will be responsible for planning, implementing, directing, and supervising programs. Position is 30-35 hours per week Monday through Friday, hours required are 2:00 - 6:00 pm. Qualifications: Teacher certification, teaching experience, experience in various computer programs. Must be self-motivated, energetic, responsible, dependable, and a role model to youth.

Education
4 year degree and a teaching certification required.
