What you will be doing:

• Assist guests with menu items in an informative and helpful way
• To take orders from the guests. 
• To serve guests in a professional and positive manner
• To ensure smooth running of each table
• Clear and set out tables ready for next guests
• Other duties as assigned by the Outlet Manager

Your experience and skills include:

• The ability to provide and drive to provide a high class service to guests with an eye for detail, professionalism and a friendly, welcoming manner
• Previous experience in a 2 Rosette restaurant 
• Previous experience working as a Chef de Rang
• A broad knowledge of Tea; different types; world regions and preparation
• A working knowledge of pastry and dessert preparation would be desirable 

Your team and working environment:

• Working in a fast paced team environment
• Shifts will be during the day and weekend
• Must be eligible to live and work in the UK. The hotel is unable to assist candidates in obtaining UK work authorization.
