The Agency Activation Manager is primarily responsible for strategy, planning, strong governance and monitoring of the end to end Key Activation Strategies; and ensures alignment of these key strategies in support of the strategies of ASG.1. Manages the end to end strategy and framework for Activation to ensure overall standard performance of initiatives are aligned with the Key Strategies of ASG
2. Manages all data related to activation for performance reporting purposes and leverages on data to understand key challenges in executing the strategies
3. Ensures strategies and activities produce observable results and recommendations & execute changes, if any. Manage end to end governance including documentations and reports.
4. Ensures strong collaboration with HO Business units and other ASG departments supporting Activation initiatives.
5. Act as Scrum Master/PM for the Sales Activation Team. This includes monitoring, following-up and reporting status/progress of the whole team’s deliverables.
6. Lead DSUs, Sprint Planning, Retrospective Sessions, and other agile ceremonies
7. Work with the team members to ensure that tasks/deliverables are completed.
8. Collaborate with Data Science teams for the creation and correction of reports related to the BAU and scope of the workstream;
9. Fulfill administrative tasks in terms of documentation, file-keeping, etc.
10. Fulfill any ad hoc tasks that will be assigned by the immediate supervisor;
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS
1. Graduate of Bachelor Degree of Management or any related course
2. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Strategy, Project Management, Business Development, or Channel Marketing or the like, preferably with insurance background.
3. Must have basic knowledge and understanding of project management, Agile methodology, Microsoft apps, Power BI, and insurance industry/business.
4. Must have background in sales activation.
5. Must have working knowledge of how marketing campaigns are done.
6. Must be good in creating presentations (sales-oriented).
7. Knowledge of PowerBI will be an added advantage.
8. Must have good working attitude – able to communicate and collaborate well with people from different fields of expertise.
