Your new company
My business partner is a leading Life Insurance firm in Hong Kong is currently seeking for an Agency professional to lead, growth and develop their agency force. they are a well-capitalised, a leader within the Hong Kong region and strives to be a top player within the market. We are inviting top talent to take on this new challenge.

Your new role
You will handle full cycle agency administration include recruitment, compensation appeals, customers services as well as answering agencies inquiries. You will also help organize on agency events and meetings including road show, career days seminar as well as Manager's Day.

What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will have 1-2 years of agency support expereince with knowledge across various agency functions such as marketing, recruitment and culture development within the Hong Kong Life Insurance sector.
