The job is to support Agency Distribution in delivering business objectives through strategic planning and within the perimeter of compliance and risk management.

Also requires comprehending the work of business planning, analysis reporting and presentation to all key stakeholders.
Mainly, the job requires strong support capabilities, self-driven and looking into details. Must be able to communicate thinking through good presentation format or skills.

• Responsible to support the Group and management reporting functions for Agency Distribution
• Enhance reporting to ensure informative analysis and division goals alignment
• Provide periodic reports and business trending to Agency Distribution’s Senior Leadership Team for review, discussion and action planning purposes
• To participate in strategic planning and support in reporting to facilitate implementation/decision making
• Undertake deep dive study and data collation with result reconciliation for strategy and execution alignment
• To assist in the mechanics and cost projection for agency related contest/ initiatives

• Support and involve in the overall budgeting and business forecast process with alignment of division goals
• Initiate to highlight the recommendations or appropriate actions to Agency Distribution’s key stakeholders
• Work closely with sales heads, management team, SBP and GAD to ensure alignment of targets set

• Review and enhance planning and reporting work procedures in Agency Distribution
• Attend to strategic projects assigned by the Management 

• Consistently comply with AIA risk management framework, process, system, rules and guidelines, or best practices   

• Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Marketing, Finance or related discipline
• Fresh graduate or 1-2 working experience required, preferably to have great passion in financial services or insurance industry
• Able to work under pressure and minimum supervision
• Excellent in written English (a must) and able to communicate effectively
• Computer literate & excellent in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint (a must)
• Must like analytical work, have attention to details and believe in working with people to get things done
