Initiate and develop communication content leveraging internal and social media platform for agency related engagement

Roles and Responsibilities:

Events and Interaction

• Produce creative, attractive content leveraging internal and social media platform for agency related engagement
• Plan and initiate integrated communication campaigns and stimulate virual promotion effect
• Prepare and create interactive content and visualization to draw awareness
• Manage external partners to work on promotion video and program production for internal channel
• Tie-in content and communication idea with core business focuses
• Track and analyze audience record to provide insight for future content development
• Coordinate and support campaigns and events initiative to further derive content to stimulate continuous engagement
• Prepare and draft promotion and communication materials riding on the campaign needs
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
• Work as team player, collaborate with the team to contribute ideas deriving promotion and communication initiatives

Others:

• You are required to obtain relevant licence if your job involves in regulated activities
• Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet operational and / or other requirements

Minimum Job Requirements:

• University graduate of Communication, Journalism or equivalent
• At least 3 to 4 years’ relevant experience in content development, public relation or media
• Excellent writing and content development skill especially on social media content
• Good understanding and working knowledge on Adobe Photoshop, illustrator and video editing software
• Strong ownership and passionate to marketing and communication
• Creative and willing to think out-of-box
• Good team player and proactive to participate in a team
• Strong communication and presentation skills
