Responsible for providing operational support to distribution channel(s) to ensure smooth execution related to Digital platforms such as Office 365 / Gamification

• Enablement Office 365 access for agency members by performing troubleshooting , review policies and storage health , supports and performs daily administrative task.
• Administer gamification related activities such as coins awarding and rewards publishing.
