This role is responsible to supervise all compensation and benefits program designed to attract agents and its leader in achieving agency’s Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

• Supervise and implement compensation procedures and processes to ensure the agency force is backed by a comprehensive back-end support 
• Supervise and perform commission override payout calculation for Agent leaders 2 times per month
• Perform monthly financing scheme validation and calculation for Agent leaders
• Validate and verify monthly device charge calculation and charge from agents and leaders
• Validate and verify monthly office space allocation payment and charge from agents and leaders
• Validate and verify monthly payout related to campaigns and claims to agents and leaders
• Validate and verify attendant and ensure payment hold and subsequently release when agents fulfill the requirement
• Validate and verify partner commission calculation
• Supervise and maintain agency compensation systems to ensure the agency force is backed by a reliable IT support with an effective and accessible company of agency data
• Build strong partnership relationship with agents and their leaders and respond to their needs effectively and timely
• Raise competence and confidence levels of staff through personal guidance, coaching and company courses, with regular follow-up and goal setting.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the management team
