The Agency Continuous Improvement consultant is responsible for the strategy and implementation of the end to end ASG processes and workforce design including research, implementation and monitoring to enable and achieve distribution satisfaction across agency initiatives.

  • Fosters a continuous improvement culture that puts the agents at the heart of operations by providing guidance to various functional units in defining service level standards, identifying improvement opportunities and driving initiatives to address observed gaps

  • Drive the end to end process design for agency operations.

  • Employ a variety of research tools and / or studies to assess and validate processes and controls.

  • Deliver, execute, and monitor programs to implement continuous process improvements on a regular basis.

  • Understand agency insights and feedback to identify opportunities to improve ASG processes and agency’s interaction with the organization.

  • Manage a framework of qualitative and quantitative measures that would allow the organization to effectively monitor and evaluate ASG process & controls.

  • Ensure processes are embedded with controls & risk mitigations as aligned with AIA standards.

  • Collaborating closely with a cross functional business units to map ASG processes & controls.

  • Recommend responses to digital opportunities and threats so organization can proactively open, embrace and involve itself in process transformation towards digital and automation

  • Recommend improvements on capacity/workforce planning and performance

  • Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time

Minimum Requirements

  • Education – Graduate of any 4- or 5-year college course preferably in the field of industrial engineering or business management.

  • Experience –     3-5 years combined with experience in business process management, continuous improvement and business technology analysis

  • Special skills:

    • High proficiency in MS Office especially in MS Excel, MS Visio

    • Knowledge of agency and insurance operations is an advantage

  • Preferably with Six Sigma Certification, Agile implementation experience and or Robotics Process Automation experience (designing, implementation and delivery)
