Job Objective:
- To be in charge of designing & developing all training & soft skills courses for developing agent;
- Tracking system of TTT/transferring and certifying documents within the approved training road map for AIA VN.

Job Responsibilities:

- To provide on time report to Agent & MDRT Design Manager/Head of Design for their final review of expected results according to AIA VN’s standardized qualifications and Training road map.

- To set up time frame, coordination with relevant key stake holders to fulfill the assigned tasks.

- To set up action plans for conducting TTT/Rehearsal and certifying all new courses.

- To work closely with designing team for AL & MDRT development so as to understanding/grasping all designed courses in order to synchronize training courses, scripts, forms and tools accordingly.

- To work with RTM/Zone head, champion members in providing development plan for new course & To provide coaching / TTT or demonstration of desired delivery skills for developing new courses. Conduct training to support RTM/Zone head: at least 8 training days per year. (Including TTT new training programs). Making video clips, placemat/brochures for products training

1. Designing:
- ATC1 & Follow up: Update and/or Revamp / Design in according to the requirement from supervisor. Conduct program maintenance in accordance with new release of company’s memos.

- MDRT:  Designing courses / Translating documents from GPA / Verbal translation for over sea speakers (If needed)

- New Products & Product package: Maintaining / designing products package or new products as approved by product team & requirement from supervisor

2. Conducting TTT & Transfer:

- Planning & Coordinating with relevant departments (Products team / Marketing team) for transferring & TTT the designed courses for delivery team and / or AD/AT development teams according to requirements.

3. Making video clip / trailers for agent & MDRT development:

- To coordinate with other assigned staff in set up e learning courses; drafting story board especially video clips, soft skills for online / e learning or trailer’s purposes.

4. Other tasks
- Supporting agency leader team in big event so as to help the whole team accomplish the assigned project such like: SLE; NLP; PAL
- Jointly developing up-skill programs for agent including How To Series, Sale concept, ACP package; MDRT workshop; MDRT video

Job Requirements:

- University degree preferred pedagogy

- At least 03 years in training at life insurance. At least 02 years involved in designing / quality functions

- Preferred industry certifications (LIMRA/Loma)

- Special skills: Presentation, designing, training and communication skills are critical.
