To be in charge of online, e learning system in terms of TDA, including iCampus; To be in charge of designing courses/programs for all channel called PA/LA/SA & relevant courses within the approved training road map for AIA VN.

Roles:

- To be in charge of setting up the Online, E-Learning system within TDA / I campus project.

- To design & Back up all workshop, soft skill for all agency channel (PA/LA/SA).

- To do story board, script used for video clip/film production made by in house or outsourced vendors for agency development.

- Setting up action plans for conducting TTT/Rehearsal and certifying all users as required by direct manager / Designing Director

- Coordinating with designing team for understanding/grasping all designed courses so as to provide the role model in the rehearsal/certifying sessions.

- Coordinating with direct manager / Designing Director in providing development plan for all tools; programs converting into E format and other programs as required.
