As the Agency Digital Solutions Consultant, you have the end to end responsibility for the development, management and phasing out of digital assets and capabilities with the goal to achieve optimum distributor experience. You shall supervise, manage, review and oversee implemented and proposed changes/enhancements in various technology platforms in Agency Sales Group.

  • Support the head of Agency Digitalization in the creation of the vision and strategy as well the execution of the overall ASG digital goals

  • Maintain and update the digital road map and capabilities of Agency Sales Group to focus continuously on improving the journeys we are offering.

  • Manage the backlog of the product/digital asset and recommend the priority by maximizing business value through prioritization.

  • Lead the solution design for the product/digital asset. This includes review and analysis of the business requirements and underlying rules of the group in support of the company and agency strategy.

  • Offer solutions by seamless integration in the value chain of our distributors and by connecting to potential internal and external technological capabilities

  • Create Change Management Plans to support ASG Digital initiatives and ensure adoption and business targets are met

  • Drive ASG Business units on business case, proof of case, ITPAR and ITPC

  • Conduct Design Thinking Sessions/Research to validate and continuously challenge ASG Digital asset roadmaps.

  • Review and signoff the business requirements and ensure systems architecture and interface design are set in place.

  • Provide, review and provide assessment on technology budget in reference to required systems projects lined up for the year

  • Review and make recommendations on business cases for new systems and other systems upgrade and drive the approval process

  • Prepare, review and sign off UAT results based on parameters declared in the UAT plan. (Conduct UAT plan for minor enhancements or small scale projects)

  • Develop and maintain operational linkages with Local IT, Group IT, Finance, Marketing, Legal & Compliance & 3rd Party Vendors. Such as but not limited to liaising with local IT on the business requirements, functional specifications, system integrated testing, regression testing including system related issues and findings that may be escalated from the field.

  • Maintain Content Management System for applicable platforms

Minimum Job Requirement

  • Education – Graduate of any 4- or 5-year college course preferably in the field of computer science, industrial engineering or management.

  • Experience –     5-7 years combined senior staff experience in business technology and analysis and possess expertise in the areas of product management, channels, process optimization and functional requirements. With experience in supporting to build and manage the products with an end to end mindset.

  • Certifications/licenses –    Agile is preferred

  • Special skills:

  • High proficiency in MS Office especially in MS Excel, MS Access  

  • Knowledge of agency operations an advantage

  • Oral and written communication skills

  • Interpersonal and customer service skills

  • Project / Task management skills
