Assists department heads to maintain a smooth, effective, and efficient daily operations of Macau Appreciation Programme (MAP) during the period. Provides all-round and comprehensive support to Operations and BTDD, CC and High Net Wealth functions with intensive training provided after the MAP

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Assists BTDD, CC and High Net Wealth department head in identifying business needs for MAP clients in Macau
• Performs data input in POS to support daily operations
• Assists supervisors in maintaining effective communication and meeting schedules, and in managing case follow up effectively and efficiently with relevant functions/parties
• Participates in all kinds of services related to MAP services and to comply with the MAP guidelines
• Prepares regular reports on MAP activities to department head
• Undergoes comprehensive and all-round training and provides full support to following departments/functions to strive for quality business and operational efficiency
• Supports Operations functions and performs duties assigned by supervisors in order to ensure timely delivery of services by meeting departmental benchmarks
• Supports BTDD, CC and High Net Wealth related issues and performs duties assigned by supervisors in order to ensure timely delivery of services by meeting departmental benchmarks
• Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisors in order to meet operational and / or other requirements

Minimum Job Requirements:

• University / college graduate plus 1-2 years’ relevant experience or Form Five graduate plus minimum 3-4 years’ relevant experience
• With valid life insurance license
• Effective problem solving and interpersonal skills
• Presentable and effective verbal and written communication skills
• Effective organization & planning skills
• Administration knowledge in responsible area(s)
• Computer-literacy
