Responsible for supporting day-to-day activities of Event Management area in the Technological, Digital and Analytical way of working with the aim of learning practical knowledge of Agency Department, and understanding business area, the company and industry.Job Description:
Segment all Smart leads and other leads to support different level of LPs.
Leads assignment to LPs and following up on leads’ report.
Support in creating event planning 2021.
Support in coordinating between designers, different departments, agencies, suppliers, and vendors for contracts, venues, entertainment, agenda, requirements.
Conduct post-event evaluation (including data entry and analysis) and produce reports for stakeholders.
Job Requirement:
A Year 4 student or Fresh Graduate from Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economic or related fields.
Knowledge of life insurance industry will be an advantage;
Proficient communications skills;
People relationship skills;
People motivation skills;
Strong level of creativity.
