Responsible for the strategic execution of key Next Gen Agency in scaling and strengthening the agency distribution channel through technology enablement and next-gen agency leadership in support of AIA’s Ascend 200 Strategy.- Drives next-gen agency leadership growth through designing, planning, implementing and monitoring of leader development strategies in assigned areas
- Accelerate leader pipeline through fast track development for high potential talents and drive the effectiveness of leaders’ recruitment activity
- Support technology enablement for AIA Philam’s agency to become digitalized leaders and advisors in the areas of recruitment, productivity and activity management
- Scale recruitment and training
- Enhance agency management effectiveness
- Expand prospecting and sales opportunity
- Enrich customer-agent experience
- Plan and implement agency growth strategies in assigned regions, provide feedback and recommend solutions as necessary
- Support the end to end implementation of agency recruitment activities through a collaborative partnership with Agency Field Team and Agency Leaders to drive agency expansion and growth
- Supporting the Zone Head, Workstream Leads and Head of Agency Transformation in planning and implementing the company’s goals, targets and objectives
- Development and implementation of adequate sales tools, materials and events to support agency in enhancing profitable sales and activities.
- Building and maintenance of a strong relationship with all stakeholders internally and externally.
- Performing tasks that may be assigned by the supervisor from time to time
- Having Agile experience will be a plus point
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Marketing, Commerce, Mass Communications, Advertising/Media, Psychology or equivalent
- With minimum 10 years work experience in sales – corporate or its equivalent
- With minimum 5 years’ work experience leading a sales distribution channel in a management capacity
- Preferably with work background in life insurance industry
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with exceptional corporate presentation and negotiation skills.
- Strategic thinking and execution skills, solutions driven, highly analytical
- Detail oriented, creative, ambitious, influential
- Must be self-motivated and have strong work ethics, able to collaborate
