To work on channel marketing & productivity improvement activities regarding budget planning, budget control, expense tracking to complete different projects for leaders, MDRT, customers, recruitment and support successful implementation of these projects

• Work on budget planning with different teams to connect all project elements into a comprehensive master project budget plan. The budget plan needs to connect all the marketing channel functions to deliver desired outcomes, including communication, events, lead generation, activation (contest/ promotion) for both customers and agents. 
• Be in charge of writing proposal, getting approval, issuing memos and following through with results announcements, updating project progress and completing project financial responsibility with ADS & accounting/ finance teams.
• Execute expense planning and control (including inventory control), performance monitoring of project in line with cost incurred, quality control for P&A and P&S of the whole team. Working with accounting, finance team & procurement team on expenses related tasks and periodical reports.
• Support team members for project management and implementation (support MDRT & leader development, customer campaign, recruitment...), including activation and delivery of promotion campaigns to agency & customers.
• Propose ideas, help build efficient flow of expenditure management to best facilitate supporting activities
• Provide dashboard of different campaigns tracking project efficiency

• Budget and expense reports are made on time, procedures are followed properly, spending are in line with project delivery plan
• Projects are followed up with key milestones
• Project deliverables are met
• Dashboards, reports and presentations are prepared with good quality and on time
