Responsible for maximising the sales of AIA products and services through a network of agents to meet individual / team quotas and AIA business objectives

•Manage the end to end execution of CS Agency strategies by ensuring alignment to the overall company direction and localizing strategies key to the assigned zone. Works in partnership with Agency Zone Heads and DOAs to ensure successful implementation.

•Manage end to end tracking & governance for assigned area and conducts reporting, data analysis, and data insights.

•Works in partnership with Corporate Solutions and Agency Sales Group Head Office for feedback and recommendations, and execute those recommendations

•Development and implementation of adequate sales tools, materials and events to support agency in enhancing profitable sales and activities.

•Manage key deliverables and service level agreements within assigned agencies and support agency in the following activities:

•Engage, train and activate CS Financial Advisors with key focus on the specified Market and Voluntary Solutions

•Hand hold Rookie CS Agents during sales calls and serve as Subject Matter Experts to the Financial advisor in closing complex group cases

•Conducts presentations and benefit orientation to clients as needed
