The individual is primarily responsible for delivering sales and leadership training and development programs for advisors and leaders up to the Unit Manager level in the assigned region to support Agency growth and expansion.

• Delivers advisor and leader training and development programs based on established company training path and guidelines.  
• Monitors attendance, completion and governance of advisor and development programs based on established company training path.  
• Monitors results of training programs based on previously agreed metrics, regularly updates and maintains training database, and submits reports to the Senior Manager.
• Provides feedback received from the field to the Senior Manager on how training requirements of the agency can be better served.        
• Prepares monthly training schedule for the agencies in the assigned territory in coordination with region/territory Sales Management.  
• Prepares the necessary training materials and logistics needed to deliver training programs.
• Performs other duties that may be assigned by the supervisor from time to time.

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Graduate of any communication or business-related course (i.e.  Mass Communication, Marketing, Business Management, Business Administration)  
• At least 1 year in Training or Teaching experience  
• Presentation and group handling skills  
• Planning and organization skills  
• Interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and use of online digital platforms like zoom/MS Teams
