The Opportunity at AIA
We have a 6 month fixed term contract for an experienced Administrator to join our Agency Services team! The role is all about delivering a superior service experience, making it easy for intermediaries to do business with AIA NZ. Bring your previous insurance/banking or strong administration experience to the team and take the opportunity to gain exposure or further develop your experience within the Insurance industry!Key responsibilities:
Supporting intermediary relationships through ensuring the integrity of the data held on systems
Accurately processing changes
Efficiently facilitating sale and purchases
Key experience and skills required:
Admin experience within insurance/banking (desirable)
Strong relationship building and communication skills
Effective time management skills
Tech savvy with experience with Microsoft Excel (essential)
