Formulate and operationalise (e.g. pilot) agency business strategy to achieve company goals

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Support formulation of agency channel strategy in line with corporate strategy

• Support specific strategy projects to develop, plan and, where appropriate, operationalise strategic initiatives, in collaboration with internal and external (e.g. consultants) parties

• Support annual strategic planning activities in respect of agency, and ongoing performance tracking and analytics Support internal, market and competitor analytics to support the agency strategy and specific initiatives

• Perform other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by immediate manager to meet business requirements

Minimum Job Requirements:

• At least 3 years (AM) or 4 years (M) or 5 years (SM) of relevant professional experience in strategy, consulting or other professional services roles highly preferred

• Significant insurance and/or financial services industry exposure highly preferred

• Ability to apply structured problem solving and conduct quantitative analysis to support data-driven management

• Communication skills including but not limited to strong English written (e.g. Word reports, PPTs) as well as English / Chinese verbal communications

• Strong self-drive and ownership; can-do mindset and comfort with stepping out of comfort zone to solve problems

The incumbent is required to obtain relevant license if the job involves in regulated activities.

Ensure team members who perform regulated activities have obtained the relevant licenses and fulfilled the licensing requirements.
