We are looking for Agency Training who being responsible for developing and delivering training curriculums of AIA products and services to agents and partners

Report to: Regional Training Manager

Location: Bac Ninh

Role and Responsibilities:

• Work with relevant channels to conduct gap analysis, establish training plans, design training classes and training materials on AIA's products and services as well as selling techniques

• Coordinate and conduct relevant training

• Monitor and evaluate training programmes, assess results and implement enhancements as needed

• Comply with MoF and/or Company rules and guidelines in training delivery process and procedure

• Self - develop to catch up with Company and Sales force expectations.

• Fulfill KPIs for AT set by Company

• Travel to other locations (business trips) when assigned by ATM/RTM.

• Support AT Team in related work

Job requirements:

• College/University graduation – Major in Marketing / Finance / Economics / Pedagogy is preferred

• At least 2 years working experience with an international company. Experience in insurance industry is preferred.

• Holding professional qualifications on life/ health/property insurance

• Good in English

• Training/presentation/communication
