Job Description

  1. To handle all documentation requirements for individual consignees as per DLSOP.
  2. To explain consignees documentation requirements to vendors or agents accurately if necessary.
  3. To assist Operation to check OB/L draft and vendors’ shipping documents.
  4. To do timely system input based on information got from vendor/terminal /carrier. And update all required event code timely. Follow company’s monitor and audit process and provide the required feedback timely.
  5. To prepare vendors invoice and Order Management Forward’s Cargo Receipts and release them to vendors when get required docs and get money pay off.
  6. To download timely MFC after double check by relative operation.
  7. To prepare Delay Document Demand Notice (DDDN) to vendors and consignees when document is late.
  8. To collect docs, BL & dispatch shipping documents to consignees and brokers in accordance with consolidation procedures.
  9. Do timely billing to destination if required.
  10. To complete document checklist at the time of DSO and forward to partner for  timely double check.
  11. At the time of work turn over from OP, check related code complete, have responsibility to double check key information is correct such as final destination etc  and give OP reminder if mismatch in shpt.
  12. Check account with 3rd party invoice, compare with our standard charge cost, advise timely if any exception, and timely pay to 3rd party.

Qualifications

Skills:

  • Effective interpersonal skills, including proven abilities to listen, comprehend, effectively communicate clearly and concisely to obtain positive results.
  • Pro-active, strong organizational skills.
  • Good Microsoft Office and computer skills
  • Fluent in English.
