As an experienced Agile Coach, be responsible for leading and supporting the Agile related initiatives to enable the organization’s new way of working through coaching and other change management activities for the adoption of Agile across the Business Unit.Roles and Responsibilities:
- Enable the organization’s new way of working through hands-on coaching of pilot and project teams in adopting the Agile mindset, principles and practices in delivery of digital and innovation initiatives and projects
- Support to tailor and implement the Agile operating model principles, terminology, practices and governance to be used across the organization, working closely with our Group Agile Centre of Excellence (CoE).
- Develop and deliver various engaging Agile workshops to both technology and business parties at project, team and organizational levels
- Lead and coach Agile teams on adopting the Scrum framework, Agile practices and tools to improve team efficiency and effectiveness in this new way of working
- Put on a Scrum Master hat when necessary and support in delivering new Agile pilot and projects
- Promote and embed a culture of innovation, change and continuous improvement within each team and across the organization
- Provide ongoing training and mentoring to upskill team members with practices to enhance their Agile maturity
- Monitor progress and performance at the team and individual level to identify opportunities for improvement and leverage as well as identify talents to potentially become an Agile Coach
- Identify and raise challenges and obstacles, from both process and people side of change perspectives, and collaborate with team members and/or the team head to resolve them
- Drive adoption using change management practices and activities with ongoing maturity assessment for continuous improvement
- Support to increase the internal capability and build Agile community for scalability and sustainability
- Participate in the Agile community to share best practices and new ways of working
- Collaborate with the Group Agile CoE and local Agile community to recommend, assess, and establish practices and principles for Agile at scale
- Provide continuous feedback on the Agile operating model and practices from both prior experience and observations from ongoing implementation and coaching experience
Minimum Job Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree holder, with minimum 12 years of working experience
- You are experienced at driving Agile transformations from design to implementation
- You have proven hands-on Agile delivery experience on a wide variety of projects/initiatives
- You are experienced handling and facilitating Agile workshops with ExCo down the team-level stakeholders
- You are a strong change agent and can influence mindset and behaviors, including those of senior leaders
- You are a self-starter, with the ability to ideate, plan, and execute Agile related initiatives to support new ways of working
- You are passionate about agile, innovation and change and are excited to promote and embed them across the organization
- You are intellectually curious and love learning new skills and capabilities
- You have a strong knowledge of agile ways of working including values, principles, practices and tools
- Strong presentation skill in English, both in speaking and writing
- You are able to communicate effectively and persuasively with senior stakeholders and team members
- You have great empathic listening skill as a coach or mentor
- Excellent command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Cantonese
