Responsibility

1) Act as Project manager, Ensure deliver projects on time, within planned budget and required quality level.

2) Conduct Product Owner/Business Analyst to prepare product requirements for core models and workflows based on customer feedback and market research, make sure the product backlogs are in good shape and ready for development.

3) Help clarify and execute a product vision and roadmap.

4) Drive product development based on requirements management and product lifecycle.

5) Facilitate distributed team for better creativity and try to improve the efficiency of the development team.

6) Demonstrate product knowledge with external audiences, such as potential customers, thought leaders, industry consultants and user groups, etc.

7) Take responsibility for People Management

8) Act as Scrum Master

Requirement

? Must have experience in software industry and good understanding of Software Development and Product Life Cycle, including customer requirements gathering, software design and development, testing - including unit, functional, systems and integration implementation/delivery and maintenance

? Must have an understanding of product management disciplines, roadmap and release management principles

? Must have knowledge and experiences of agile methodology and frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, XP, etc.

? Good skills to coach team how to follow agile scrum, which really works.

? Flexibility to partner with and negotiate with various individuals across teams at different levels

? Proficient in Analytics Area is a plus

? Proficient in Programming language (Java, Python) or application technical design is a plus
