MBition, Mercedes–Benz Innovation Lab is bringing the automotive industry into the future. How? We are building a new generation of infotainment platform that is reusable and hardware agnostic, as well as its implementation into our actual car lines. Our Operations department/ DevOps team is developing and optimizing the tool chains for our development teams and take care about the operational part for a good developer’s experience.

Responsibilities

As Agile Coach at MBition you will facilitate, improve and coordinate the work of our DevOps team. You will coach our team, moderate discussions and actively promote agile working methods within the DevOps team. Doing so, you will help the team to continuously improve workflows and achieve sprint goals smoothly. Furthermore you will be also part of a larger project team that embraces the mindset of agile development and takes responsibility for our products and services.
