We are inviting suitably qualified candidates for the following position in our Power Tools Measuring Tools Division of the Bosch Group:

• Leading, training, and coaching Measuring Tools organization in its Agile Journey
• Planning and advising Agile implementations within the organization
• Removing barriers between stakeholders and Agile teams
• Coach the team members in self-management, empirical approach for complex work and cross-functionality
• Initiating the removal of impediments to further the Agile Team’s progress
• Ensuring that all Scrum events take place and are positive, productive, and kept within the time-box
• Facilitating stakeholder collaboration across locations within the worldwide business unit

• University degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related subjects
• Scrum Master certifications (PSM, CSM or Scaled Agile Framework etc)
• Proven working experience as a Scrum Master and/or Agile Coach
• Familiar with a wide-range of Lean-Agile methodologies, frameworks and practices
• Hands-on experience in Jira and Confluence
• Good knowledge in requirements management and project management
• Strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Willing to travel to Bosch plant in Dongguan occasionally
