1 Realize high quality field testing of global AD and local AD trials in terms of planning, trial layout, application, assessment, data management & summary, While ensure trial result in high reliability and high qualityand strict confidence;

2 Ensure the quality, safety & confidentiality of samples in the site locations in line with global high standard guidelines and BCS China regulations;

3 Extend the capacity and capability of AgriSolutions Centers, cover more key crops and targets to realize developing important potential compounds in field in key market segment and area, to speed up the excellent products development process;

4 Timely and exactly establish understanding and solutions in extended locations, grasp regional agronomy/crop culture, pest, disease, weed infestation to provide solid basis for crop solution finding and sustainability;

5 Support regional technical manager and technical operator on localfield test and "User Reliability Trial", including big scale demonstration and regional activities;

6 Independently input all data into data management software (SCOUT) and make comprehensive summary in line with reporting guidelines.

Position: Skills,...
1 Background on plant protection and agricultural biology & have farm operation experience is preferred;

2 Practical technical skills in the trial layout & disease, pest, weed identification, evaluation & report preparation;

3 Good capacities in oral and writing expression (English & Chinese) for technical exchanges, presentations and technical activities;

4 Proficient & good knowledge in Microsoft office application.
