Job Description
What you will do
1. 配合客戶需求規劃空調系統、圖面繪製、工程估價、現場監工、計價及驗收。2. 配合客戶需求規劃BMS系統、圖面繪製。
3. 協助客戶簡報、解說、教育訓練等。
4. 協助客戶技術諮詢、展場佈置、解說等。
5. 其他主管交辦事項。
As an Air Conditioning Construction Engineer, you will be interacting with our clients in various ways from technical drawing to final acceptance. It may include but not limited to giving price quotes for construction projects, establishment of building management system, on-site supervision. In addition, this position holder will be helping our clients prepare presentations, set up exhibitions, and do trainings. Some ad-hoc tasks will also occur.
Qualifications
What we look for
1. 冷凍空調、機械工程相關科系碩士或學士畢業。
2. 熟悉冷凍空調基礎理論及BMS基礎理論
3. 熟悉AutoCad繪圖軟體及Microsoft Office軟體 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint等)
4. 俱備丙級職業安全為生業務主管證照以上者佳
5. 俱備智慧綠建築專業人員證書者佳
6. 英語程度達多益450分以上
A successful candidate should have a bachelor’s degree or above in HVAC or mechanical engineering. Having a general idea about HVAC and BMS theories is critical. We use AutoCad to make technical drawings which accounts for a relatively important part of this position. Also, skills of Microsoft Office software will help you make good presentations and documents. Certification such as “Occupational Safety and Health Affairs Manager Class C” and “Intelligent Green Building Professionals” will be favorable.
