Job Description
  • To accept export bookings and complete all system entry requirements accurately and on time including all financial administration tasks including correct and timely profit share with overseas stations.
  • To deliver the highest level customer experience at all times with a clear focus on customer service.
  • To liaise with all departments inside of company to ensure loading and export clearance tasks are completed correctly and on time.
  • To implement and follow customer standard operation procedures (SOP) and key performance indicators (KPI) at all time.
  • To ensure correct data quality within internal systems at all times.


Qualification:
  • College graduated or above 2+ year's relevant experience preferred.
  • CET-4, be able to read and write English.
  • Good command English in Email communication.
  • Knowing well about professional knowledge and operation details.
