General Responsibilities:

Air export daily shipment operation

Detailed Responsibilities:

Follow up routing order from overseas office

Contact supplier and advise the shipment status to overseas office

Reserve the space on airlines

Arrange customs clearance

Follow up tracking until goods arrive in destination

Issue invoice to local customer

Check the bill from agent

Assist finance colleague to push the outstanding

Other tasks assigned by manager

Qualifications&Requirements:

Industry knowledge for handling procedures of air freight export

Skillful communication with internal and external

Good English in both oral and written

Above 2-3 years work experiences in industry with air export, the background for global forwarder will be preferable

Strong team Spirit

Can be solved problems independently under pressure
