Role Purpose:

• Acts as local control tower for customer
• Acts as first contact point for customer’s escalation

Main tasks & Key responsibilities:

• Daily monitoring on customer’s business as standard operation process, coordinating with different origin & destination teams for customer’s business End to End follow up.
• Daily monitoring on data/milestone for customer’s shipment and keeps report updated of high accuracy.
• Coordinating with high level management team on customer’s business to keep long-term smoothed process.
• Management on exceptional cases and work out solution.
• Dealing with customer’s escalation and raise it to higher level if the issue can’t be solved directly.
• Maintain the good relationship with customer’s vendors.
• Sharing marketing/industry trend or information.

Qualifications:

• Good Knowledge of forwarding business, especially for Air Export process
• Good study ability for new business and process
• Ability to identify and meet customer needs in a pleasant and friendly manner
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good Microsoft office skills
• Good knowledge in English
