Job Overview
You will be responsible for the entire tear down, cleaning, assembling and testing of an air module. You will also learn how numerous internal parts functions in relation to each other and be able to troubleshoot problems.
Responsibilities
- Use of drill to tighten or loosen bolts
- Use of picks or tweezers to remove O-rings and gaskets
- Use of hammer and punch
- Use of various equipment to clean parts
- Ability to visually inspect parts for defects
- Assemble and test units
- Troubleshoot failed units
- Manage time efficiently
- Independently determine daily tasks based on production needs
High School Diploma or equivalent required

- Knowledge of basic shop procedures and ability to properly use shop tools
- Ability to communicate with others
- Ability to read, write, speak, understand, and communicate in English
- Ability to properly use equipment, materials, and supplies.
- Range of motion – able to bend, stoop, squat, reach and stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs.
