Key Responsibilities

• Daily work at both Air Freight and Warehouse operation
• Assist management to prepare and update operating procedure.
• Prepare documentation for warehouse facility related tasks.
• Ensure vendors comply with the operating procedures.
• Ensure warehouse facility process is fully compliant to security measurements.
• Ensure sufficient training to vendors and Operation team.
• Support management on the audits conducted by internal and external parties.
• Communication with internal and external parties on daily warehouse operation concerns and provide support when necessary.

Who we are looking for

• Form 5 or above
• Knowledge in Air Freight and Warehouse Operation is preferable.
• Good awareness of security requirements.
• Critical eyes and Self-accountability to upkeep the high standard of warehouse facility.
• Able to work shift duty and overnight duty when necessary.
• Good at English in both written and communication.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Work Location: Chek Lap Kok
