? Create and handle shipment job
? Send pre-alert and shipping advices to overseas
? Prepare and present proper transport solution to counterpart and local sales dept.
? Handle customer inquiries and complaints
? Follow up with customer regarding shipments status
? Coordinate and liaise with key personnel in other functional areas to provide update and status to customers
? Collaborate closely with operations to jointly delivering excellence customer service
? Attend to daily communication with overseas to ensure best service to deliver to customers
QUALIFICATIONS:
? Good at written English & CET 4
? Strong sense of responsibility and team work player
? Customer service mind set
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
? College degree or above
? At least 2 years of working experience in similar position at Foreign forwarding companies
